  • You can buy it ready-made or grind it at home using a meat grinder to ensure hygiene and quality. Fresh pork needs to meet the following criteria.
  • Choose pieces of meat that are bright pink, not too red, and not too pale.

  • Press your hand into the meat; if it springs back immediately, does not leak liquid, and is not slimy, then it is good meat.
  • Avoid choosing pieces of meat that are pale, have a greenish tint, have a characteristic bad smell, and lack elasticity.

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Rinse the silken tofu with warm water, use a paper towel to dry it, and cut it into pieces about 1/2 finger thick.

    Remove the roots of the green onions, wash them clean, split the green onion tops in half and chop finely, and chop the remaining green onion into small pieces.

    Peel the ginger, wash it clean, and cut it into thin strips.

    Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them well.

    Dissolve 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water and mix well. Then, gradually add the cornstarch mixture into the pan, stirring evenly with chopsticks.

    When the water evaporates, sprinkle a little pepper and turn off the heat.
