Prepare the avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and use a spoon to scoop the flesh out separately (keep the avocado skin).

Make avocado shell with chocolate
Use a spoon to spread an even layer of liquid chocolate on the avocado shell, then place it in the freezer for the chocolate to set.

Blend the avocado
Add the avocado flesh to the blender, add 60 grams of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 300 grams of milk, and 4 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream, then blend until smooth.

Form the avocado ice cream
Put the blended avocado into the chocolate shell that has set and add a Ferrero Rocher chocolate in the center.
Then place it in the freezer for about 8 hours to set; when ready to eat, peel off the outer avocado shell and plate it up for serving.
