  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the pork thoroughly with salt and water. Then, use a skewer to poke holes into the meat to help it absorb the spices. You can use a fork to save time. Create as many small holes as possible!

    After preparing, place the pork in a large bowl to marinate with spices.

    Add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of thick chili sauce, a bit of dried chili, and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce into the bowl. You can adjust the amount of chili to suit your family’s taste.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the meat with salt and water, then let it drain. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
