Whipping cream 150 ml Rum 20 ml Unsalted butter melted 15 ml Sweetened condensed milk 100 gr Cocoa powder 3 gr Coffee extract 15 ml
How to make Tiramisu Ice Cream

Mix the cocoa mixture
Add 15ml coffee extract, 3gr cocoa powder, 20ml rum, 15ml melted unsalted butter, and 100gr sweetened condensed milk to the bowl.
Use a whisk to mix until the mixture is completely blended.

Whipping cream whipping
Add 150ml of Whipping cream to a bowl, then whip until the mixture is slightly thickened and soft.
Tip for quick whipped cream: Before whipping, place the cream in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or you can put the bowl of cream in a basin of ice water, then whip the cream. -
Mixing the cream mixture
Add the cocoa mixture to the cream bowl, using a flat whisk, gently mix from the bottom to the top. Bring the whisk down to the bottom of the bowl, lift the heavy ingredients up, and fold them to one side. Continue repeating this action until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixed mixture into a mold and freeze in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Final product
When serving, simply scoop the ice cream into a cup, sprinkle some grated chocolate and cocoa powder, and it is ready to enjoy.

How to Store Leftover Whipping Cream
- Unused whipping cream can be stored in the refrigerator’s cool compartment. Clean the cream residue on the rim of the container, seal it tightly with plastic wrap, and then place it in the cool compartment. This method will keep the whipping cream for about half a month. Absolutely do not store whipping cream in the freezer, as it will cause the cream to separate.
- Alternatively, you can pour the leftover whipping cream into a clean glass bottle (that has been washed, rinsed with boiling water, and dried) and then seal it tightly before placing it deep in the refrigerator’s cool compartment, avoiding the outer door of the refrigerator. This method will allow you to store the whipping cream for up to 1 month.
