Prepare the ingredients
After buying the chicken, you can remove the odor by rubbing salt over the chicken meat. Then, soak it in diluted salt water for 5 minutes and rinse it thoroughly with clean water, then let it drain.
Peel the garlic, wash it clean, chop it finely, and put it in a bowl.
