How to choose good cucumbers

How to make Cucumber Salad

Prepare the ingredients
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, then soak them in diluted salt water for about 15 minutes, take them out and rinse again with clean water, drain, then cut off both ends of the cucumber, slice it in half and cut into thin diagonal pieces.
