Wear gloves and knead the dough until it forms a smooth and flexible mass. After the dough is smooth and elastic, let it rest for 30 minutes.

Boil the mung beans for 20 minutes until cooked. While the mung beans are still hot, add a little salt, a bit of cooking oil, and a teaspoon of sugar, then mix well, mash until smooth to make the filling.
