How to make Caramel Apple Jelly

  • Prepare the apples

    Wash the apples, cut them in half, use a knife to remove the core and half of the apple flesh, then place them on a cupcake mold to secure them.

    Tip: If you don’t have a cupcake mold, you can use any type of mold as long as it can hold the apple securely!
