Prepare the ingredients and marinate the beef
Buy beef, clean it, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Then marinate the beef with 1 spoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of coloring sauce, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and a little ground pepper.
Mix well and marinate the beef for about 15 – 20 minutes for the spices to penetrate thoroughly into the cleaned beef.
Peel, cut off the roots, and wash 3 red onions, then slice them very thin. Cut off the roots and wilted leaves of the green onions, wash them together with the chili, and cut them into pieces.

Put a pan on the stove, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat, then add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and sauté until golden, then add the marinated beef and stir-fry over high heat for about 5 minutes.
