Ingredients for Fried Tofu Balls For 4 people

Soft tofu 3 pieces Carrot 1 piece Sausage 1 stick Egg 1 piece Cilantro A little Green onion 3 stalks Crispy flour 100 gr Seasoning powder 1/2 teaspoon Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Cooking oil. 1 cup

How to choose fresh, delicious carrots

  • You should choose those roots that are bright in color, still firm, with smooth skin, dark orange color, with green tops and leaves, and not bruised.
  • Carrots with tops will retain their flavor and stay fresh longer.
  • Do not buy carrots that look wilted, feel soft when picked up, and are not firm.

How to prepare Fried Tofu Balls

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the carrots, peel them, and dice them. Dice the sausages.

    Remove the roots from the green onions and cilantro, wash them thoroughly, and chop them finely.

  • Mash the tofu

    Wash the tofu and mash it well.

  • Mix the ingredients

    Add 1 egg, ½ teaspoon of pepper, ½ teaspoon of seasoning, 100g of batter, sausages, carrots, cilantro, and green onions into the bowl of mashed tofu.

  • Shape and Fry

    Pour enough oil to cover about ⅓ of the pan, when the oil is hot, shape the tofu balls and drop them in to fry over medium heat.

    Turn the tofu balls evenly until they turn a light brown color, then remove and turn off the heat.
