How to Prepare Grilled Snakehead Fish with Chili Salt

  • Prepare the Snakehead Fish

    When you buy the snakehead fish, clean the scales thoroughly, remove the internal organs, tail, fins, and trim the head of the fish.

    Next, wash the fish with warm water and use lemon to rub all over the fish to eliminate the fishy smell.

    Cut the back and body of the fish in an X shape to allow the seasoning to penetrate evenly.
