How to Make Cake from Milk Powder

  • Stir the milk powder until cooked

First, add 250g of milk powder and 236ml of warm water into a pan, then stir well until the powder completely dissolves.

Next, place the pan on the stove and continue stirring over medium heat until it lightly boils.

At this point, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and stir well for the powder to become dry and stick together into a mass.

When the pan is dry and the powder sticks together, add 200g of sugar, stir well once more until the mixture thickens and no longer sticks to the pan, and you are done.
