Prepare the ingredients
First, wash the green onions and then chop them finely, separating the green parts from the white parts.
Next, slice the sausages diagonally. For the dried shrimp, rinse them with water and let them drain.

Stir-fry the meat
You place a non-stick pan on the stove, turn on high heat to heat the pan. Then reduce to medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and add the chopped green onions to sauté until fragrant.
When the onions turn slightly golden, add the minced meat and stir-fry over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
Stir well and continue to sauté for 2 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the seasonings, then turn off the heat.
