  • When selecting chicken feet mushrooms, you should choose those with vibrant colors and a length of about 10 – 12cm for the freshest flavor.
  • The cap of the mushroom is round, brown, shiny, without scratches or tears, and the cap has a thin layer of fuzz.
  • The stem is white, firm to the touch, and has a uniform color.
  • Fresh chicken feet mushrooms have a distinct aroma similar to almonds. Avoid mushrooms with strange odors or those that are bruised.

    Continue to spread a little chili sauce and a little ketchup on the bread.
