Wash the white radish to remove any dust, then let it drain, peel it, and cut it into slices.
Boil about 800ml of water in a electric hot pot, then add 1 pack of tokbokki sauce and the radish, simmer for about 10 – 15 minutes to extract the flavors for the hot pot broth.
After the broth is boiling, add 300g of cheese-filled tokbokki and gradually add the side dishes including hotpot balls, Korean fish cake, sausage, and crab sticks.
Wait until the water boils again, then add a slice of cheese and 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese, cover the pot and cook until the cheese melts and it’s ready to enjoy.
