How to choose good dry shrimp
- Choose shrimp that have a natural orange color on the outside and turn yellowish inside, not too bright, and not moldy black or white.
- When held, it should feel dry, not too moist as shrimp can easily get moldy when stored.

- Additionally, you can also easily make dry shrimp at home with the recipe shared below.
How to choose fresh and delicious tomatoes
- Choose tomatoes that are red, round, juicy, with a thin, shiny skin; these are ripe tomatoes.
- Observe the stem; if the tomato still has a green stem firmly attached, it has just been harvested and will be fresh.
- Avoid buying tomatoes that are unevenly colored; if they feel soft and mushy when touched and lack a certain bounce, they are usually not fully ripe or have wilted from being left too long.
