Carp 2 kg Fresh beer 100 ml (about 1/3 can) Tomatoes 2 fruits Dill 3 sprigs Turmeric 1 root Green onions 2 sprigs Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Seasoning powder 1 teaspoon Common spices a little (salt/ sugar/ monosodium glutamate/ seasoning/ pepper)

    Then, rinse thoroughly with water several times, let it drain, and cut the fish into two pieces.

    You should also rub the fish’s innards directly with salt several times, then rinse with clean water and let it drain.

    Turmeric is washed, peeled and crushed. Lemongrass is washed, kept the root and cut into pieces about 1 finger length.

    Tomatoes are washed and cut into wedges. Chili is washed and drained. Green onions are trimmed, cut into pieces about 2 finger lengths.

  • Marinate fish

    Pour into a bowl sequentially 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon of seasoning granules, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and mix evenly to combine the spices.

    Take the spice mixture and turmeric to marinate evenly onto the fish for about 20 minutes, allowing the fish to absorb the flavor well.

    Then, place the pot on the stove, turn on the medium heat, and steam for about 20 minutes until the fish is tender.
