  • Avoid buying ginger roots that are dry, shriveled, broken, or have many unusual black spots. These are roots that may have been stored for a long time and are about to spoil.

  • Prepare the catfish

    After buying the catfish, clean out the insides. Next, to remove the fishy smell, rub salt directly onto the fish.

    Then, cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and rinse several times with water to clean, then let it drain.
