Soak the chicken wings in the salted hot water for about 5 minutes, then use a knife to scrape off any dirt and grease on the chicken skin. After that, rinse with clean water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
For the chicken offal, first, you need to clean it thoroughly, then add 2 teaspoons of salt and 4 teaspoons of vinegar.
Then, massage the chicken offal to remove all the dirt and slime, soak the offal for about 5 minutes to eliminate the fishy smell, rinse with clean water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
