Prepare the chicken feet
To clean the chicken feet and remove any fishy smell, wash the chicken feet with water. Then soak the chicken feet in 2 tablespoons of diluted lemon juice for about 10 – 15 minutes.
Use scissors to cut off the nails and cut the chicken feet in half for easier eating, then wash them again with water.

Boil the chicken feet
