How to make Coconut Milk Mango Popsicle

  • Prepare the mango

    Use a knife to cut along the length of the mango close to the seed, then make horizontal and vertical cuts in the mango flesh to create squares. Be careful not to cut through the skin. Next, use a spoon to scoop the mango flesh into the bowl.

    Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the bowl of mango, use the hand blender to blend the mango and sugar until smooth.

How to Make Mango Milk Popsicles

  • Prepare and Blend the Mango

    First, wash the skin of 2 mangoes, then use a knife to cut off the two cheeks of the mango and score them into a grid pattern. Next, scoop out the mango flesh and place it in a bowl.

    Use 2/3 of the mango you just cut and put it in a blender, blending until the mango is smooth and fine, then transfer it to a large bowl.

  • Mix the Mango with Whipping Cream

    Gradually add 120ml of whipping cream and 470ml of unsweetened milk into the bowl with the blended mango, then use a whisk to mix thoroughly until the whipping cream and mango are well combined.

    Next, add 60ml of condensed milk to the mango whipping cream mixture and continue to whisk until the condensed milk is evenly dissolved.

  • Pour into molds and freeze

    With the remaining 1/3 of the mango flesh, use a spoon to evenly distribute it into 10 prepared small plastic cups. Then, use a ladle to scoop the mango cream mixture to the top of the plastic cups and stop.

    Cut aluminum foil into small squares that fit the mouth of the cups to use as lids. After securely covering the mango cream cups, use a knife to make a cut in the center of the cup lid about 1cm deep to insert the wooden stick.

    Once you have finished inserting the wooden ice cream sticks, gently place the mango milk popsicle cups onto a tray and put them in the freezer refrigerator for 3 – 4 hours, and then you can enjoy.

  • Prepare and blend the mango

    Wash the mango, peel it, cut it into cubes and place it in a bowl. Put the mango in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then take it out.

    Put the chilled mango in the blender along with 1 tablespoon of sugar and blend until the mango mixture is smooth and creamy, without any lumps, then turn off the blender and transfer it back to the bowl.

    Prepare the ice cream molds and pour the blended mango mixture into the molds, filling them to halfway, then cover and place in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, take the ice cream molds out and open the lid, using a spoon to add sliced grapes into the mold and stir gently. Each mold corresponds to 1 spoonful of grapes.

    Next, cover the ice cream molds again and place them back in the freezer to continue chilling for another 30 minutes.
