How to make Mango Passion Fruit Ice Cream

Make the ice cream mixture
Soak 3g of gelatine in 1 tablespoon of water for 10 minutes, then melt it by steaming or microwaving for about 10 seconds.
Strain the juice from 1/2 of a passion fruit. Then, mix 1/2 jar of yogurt, passion fruit juice, 3 tablespoons of condensed milk with the melted gelatine.
Whip 135 ml of whipping cream until stiff peaks in a large bowl.

Freezing
Mix the whipped cream evenly with the yogurt mixture. Dice 1/2 ripe mango.
Mix the diced mango into the cream mixture. Then, place it in a tightly sealed plastic container and put it in the freezer for 6 – 8 hours before it can be used.
Once the ice cream is finished, scoop it into bowls and serve with passion fruit sauce. To make the passion fruit sauce, cook the pulp of 2 passion fruits with 2 tablespoons of sugar until it boils.
