How to make Vegetarian La Lot Rolls

  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, prepare a bowl of cold water and soak the wood ear mushrooms in it. Soak the mushrooms for about 15 – 20 minutes, then take them out, rinse them well, and let them drain. After that, chop the mushrooms into small pieces.

    Remove the damaged parts of the la lot leaves and coriander, rinse them with clean water, and let them drain. Chop the coriander finely.

    Wash the tofu and cut it into small square pieces.

    How to properly soak wood ear mushrooms:

    • To use dried wood ear mushrooms, you first need to soak them in cold water so that they expand evenly; do not soak them in warm water as it can produce toxins that are harmful to the body.
    • You should only soak the mushrooms for about 3 – 4 hours. Avoid soaking them for too long or leaving them overnight as this can cause the mushrooms to produce harmful toxins.

  • Prepare the Ingredients
