    Next, preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius to heat it up. Then place the chicken sausage tray in and bake for about 10 – 12 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown.

    If you do not have an oven, you can use an air fryer at a temperature of 180 – 200 degrees Celsius for about 10 – 15 minutes, depending on the size of the fryer and the chicken balls.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    To eliminate the fishy smell of the chicken breast, you wash it with water, then use salt and crushed ginger to rub evenly over the chicken breast, then rinse it with clean water, and let it dry or use a clean towel to pat dry.

    Then, you cut the chicken breast into thin slices.

    Peel and wash the potatoes. You use a knife to slice the potatoes, garlic, and ginger into thin pieces.

How to Clean Chicken Properly to Avoid Odor

  • To prevent odor, you need to remove all feathers, including the fine hairs (down), to make the chicken white, clean, and less smelly.
  • Mix a solution of vinegar and salt in a ratio of 2 salt : 1 vinegar, then rub it all over the chicken, scrub it several times, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
