Making the Dough
Add 500 grams of flour, 5 grams of yeast, and 1 gram of baking powder into a large bowl, and mix well. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and knead the dough, adding 50 grams of sugar and continue kneading until it forms a smooth, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
Cover the dough to prevent dust. Let it rise for about 2 hours.

Shaping the Buns
Take the dough out and knead it lightly.
Divide it into equal portions, shape them into circles, and let them rest for another 30-45 minutes to rise.

Steaming the Buns
Place a cloth in the steamer. Boil water in the steamer, place the buns in and steam for 20 minutes until they are cooked and ready to serve.
Note: You can lightly poke the bun with a toothpick. If the dough does not stick to the toothpick, the bun is done.
