How to choose good tofu

How to Make Vegetarian Wet Cake

Prepare the Ingredients
Cucumbers and herbs washed and chopped small.
Garlic peeled and minced, chili also minced.
Lime squeezed for juice, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetarian fish sauce, and minced chili and garlic, stir well to make the dipping sauce.
Green onions washed and cut into pieces, drained.
Heat some cooking oil, add green onions and sauté until fragrant.

Marinate and Fry the Tofu
Tofu cut into 4 pieces, then marinated with 1 teaspoon of char siu sauce, let it sit for about 20 minutes for the tofu to absorb the flavors.
Then, place the tofu in a hot oil pan, fry on low heat, do not let it turn too golden.
When the tofu is just golden, turn off the heat to cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Making wet cake with rice paper
Prepare a basin of warm water, dip the rice paper into the water and then roll it up.
