  • Avoid choosing vegetables that have flowered, old leaves that are yellowing or damaged, as well as hard stems, as they will not taste good.

How to choose fresh and delicious beef

  • Choose beef that is bright red, has light yellow fat, and has a distinctive aroma.
  • Choose pieces of meat that are small, tender, and have fine grain. Pressing with your hand should show good elasticity.
  • If you observe the meat and see small white cysts that are easily detached, it is likely that the meat contains parasites and should not be purchased.
  • Avoid buying meat that is pale green or dark red, has dark yellow fat, has white spots on it, is soft, or has an unusual odor.
