How to choose fresh ingredients
How to choose fresh salmon fillets
- You should choose fish with bright pink or orange color. When you press the flesh with your hand, it should spring back well, without leaving a dent.
- Additionally, when buying, you should observe the surface of the meat. If the meat is dry, not wet or leaking any strange liquids, and the fat stripes on the fish are uniformly colored, bright, without discoloration or brown spots, then it is good fish.
- You should not buy fish that has turned dark because this indicates the fish is spoiled or about to decompose.
- To buy fresh salmon fillets, you should purchase fish from supermarkets or reputable establishments. Be sure to choose fish with a production date close to your purchase date to get the freshest and most nutritious fillet!

How to choose fresh spinach
- Good bundles of spinach have a bright green color, are fresh, and still have the root intact.
- You should choose spinach that has stems and leaves that are not broken, bruised, or wilted.
- Bundles of spinach with bright green leaves, not too dark, are still young and contain many nutrients, you should buy them.
- You should not buy bundles of spinach that have wilted leaves, are bruised, or have broken stems. If you need to stand the bundle of spinach up and find the stems soft and limp, and no longer firm and straight, you should not buy it as this is old and wilted spinach, left for a long time.
