How to make Fresh Milk Ice Cream

Cook the milk mixture
Add 1 liter of unsweetened fresh milk, 120g of sugar, 250g of powdered milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract into the pot, then use a spoon to stir until the powdered milk and other ingredients are completely dissolved, with no lumps remaining. Then turn on the stove and heat it gently.
While waiting for the milk mixture to gradually heat up, add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and about 30ml of the milk mixture being cooked into a bowl, then use a spoon to stir continuously until the cornstarch is fully dissolved, then pour it back into the pot of milk being heated.
Next, while stirring with a spoon, continue heating for about 3 more minutes until the milk mixture thickens and becomes creamy, then turn off the stove.

Next, place the pot of soy milk on the stove and stir continuously while heating on medium flame for about 4 minutes until the soy milk is hot, then turn off the heat and transfer the soy milk to a large bowl.

Add 100g of sugar, 40g of coconut oil, and a little salt into the bowl of soy milk, then use a hand blender to mix the soy milk mixture until it becomes foamy.
