  • You should choose mushrooms that have their caps intact, not bruised or damaged.
  • At the same time, you should select mushrooms of moderate size, proportionate to make the dish more visually appealing and ensure deliciousness when enjoyed.
  • You should prioritize mushrooms with short stems, caps that are still tightly attached to the stems, and have a yellow-brown or dark brown color.

  • Prepare the papaya
