Steep the tea
You pour 1 liter of water into a kettle to boil water for steeping the tea. After the water boils, let the water cool down to about 80 – 85 degrees Celsius, then pour the water into a glass jar to steep the tea.
Slowly pour 35g of jasmine tea into the jar, then use a spoon to gently press the tea down on the surface and steep for 15 minutes.

After steeping the tea, use a strainer to filter out the tea leaves, keeping only the tea extract.
Prepare a large jar to mix the milk tea. Add 120g of milk powder and 120g of sugar to the jar and use a spoon to stir well until the mixture dissolves.
