Juicing the Fruits
Cut the fruits such as pineapple, pear, red apple, and green apple into small pieces. Then put all of them into a slow juicer.

Prepare Lemongrass, Galangal, and Tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes into wedges, leave the lemongrass whole and crush it, and slice the galangal.

Prepare the hot pot broth
Pour all the fruit juice, coconut water, and coconut milk into the pot. Wait for the water to boil, then add the Thai hot pot soup mix.
When the water is boiling evenly, add lemongrass, galangal, tomatoes, lime leaves, and pineapple, and cook for another 30 minutes.
