Ingredients for Fruit Hot Pot Broth For 4 people

Pineapple 2 fruits Pear 1 fruit Coconut water 1 liter Coconut milk 800 ml Tom Yum soup 1 tablespoon Kaffir lime leaves A little Lemongrass 4 stalks Galangal 1 piece Tomato 3 fruits Red apple 1 fruit Green apple 1 fruit Common seasoning A little (salt/seasoning powder/ oyster sauce/ soup powder)

How to Make Fruit Hot Pot Broth

  • Juicing the Fruits

    Cut the fruits such as pineapple, pear, red apple, and green apple into small pieces. Then put all of them into a slow juicer.

    Note: It’s best to remove the seeds from the apples and pears to avoid bitterness in the broth. Additionally, protect your health as apple seeds contain many toxins.

  • Prepare Lemongrass, Galangal, and Tomatoes

    Cut the tomatoes into wedges, leave the lemongrass whole and crush it, and slice the galangal.

  • Prepare the hot pot broth

    Pour all the fruit juice, coconut water, and coconut milk into the pot. Wait for the water to boil, then add the Thai hot pot soup mix.

    When the water is boiling evenly, add lemongrass, galangal, tomatoes, lime leaves, and pineapple, and cook for another 30 minutes.

    Season to taste, then add the prepared toppings to enjoy the hot, light, and delicious hot pot.
