    Peel the onion, wash it clean, drain, and then cut into thin strips. Roast the peanuts and crush them, but don’t make them too fine.

    Add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of sugar into a bowl, then stir well until the ingredients are dissolved. After that, add minced chili, minced garlic, and shredded carrot.
