Prepare the ingredients
Peel the papaya, wash it clean, and cut it into thin pieces about 1/2 finger length as shown in the picture.
Rinse the white tofu with water and then cut it into square pieces. Wash the scallions and cilantro and chop them finely.

Cooking vegetarian papaya soup
Put a pot on the stove and boil about 500ml of water over medium heat with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, add the prepared papaya and cook for about 5 minutes, then season with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder and 1 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning.
Stir well to dissolve the seasoning, then taste again to adjust, add all the tofu and cook for another 3 minutes until cooked through, then turn off the heat, add chopped scallions and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper.
