How to prepare Braised Chicken with Potatoes

  • Prepare the chicken

    To clean the chicken thoroughly and eliminate any odors, use 1 tablespoon of vinegar mixed with salt, then rub it evenly over the chicken or you can soak it in salt and diluted vinegar for about 10 – 15 minutes. After that, rinse it well with clean water several times and allow it to drain or use a paper towel to absorb the moisture.

    When you buy potatoes, peel them clean and soak them in cold water for about 15 minutes to prevent browning. Then, take the potatoes out to drain and use a knife to cut them into even pieces about 2 finger widths thick.

How to Cook Braised Chicken with Radish

  • Prepare the chicken

    To clean and eliminate the odor from the chicken, soak it in a mixture of diluted salt water and 2 tablespoons of white wine for about 10 – 15 minutes. After that, rinse it thoroughly with water a few times and let it drain.
