When it comes to Japanese cuisine, even those who are not food enthusiasts immediately think of sushi. How to make Sushi

Cook the rice
Wash the Japanese rice thoroughly, then soak it in water for 4 hours and cook as usual. When the rice is cooked, use a spatula to fluff it up and transfer it to a bowl.
Mix sesame oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar in a certain ratio (as above), then drizzle it over the rice and mix well so that the rice is sticky without being mushy. Let the rice cool before rolling.

Making Fried Eggs
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, ½ teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, then beat well.
Add a little cooking oil and pour the mixture into the pot, cover the lid, and press the Cook button to fry the eggs.
Once the eggs are cooked, cut the fried eggs into small strips.

Rolling Seaweed
Rolling forward (seaweed edge): Spread the rolling sheet out, place the seaweed on top, and evenly spread the rice. Gradually layer the ingredients and carefully roll it tightly so that when you take the roll out, it remains intact. Then use a very sharp knife (dipped briefly in water) to cut the sushi roll into small slices.
Rolling backward (rice edge): After evenly spreading the rice on the seaweed leaf, flip it over so that the rice layer is under the seaweed. And roll the sushi similarly to the forward sushi roll.

Prepare Dipping Sauce
Add soy sauce and mix in 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and ½ teaspoon of chili powder, then mix well. Add a little chopped green onions for decoration.
