Hot rice 2 bowls (choose sticky fragrant rice to cook) Cucumber 1 piece Seaweed 1 sheet Cold cuts or sausage as desired 1 piece Yellow pickled radish 1 piece Pork floss 20 g Cherry blossom petal powder 5 g (can be found at cake ingredient stores or supermarkets) Mayonnaise sauce 5 g Sushi vinegar 3 ml

How to make Cherry Blossom Sushi

Prepare the ingredients
Place the rice in a large bowl, mix well with 1 tablespoon of sushi vinegar.
Divide the rice into two parts, mix one part with 2 teaspoons spoon of cherry blossom powder.
Lay a piece of bamboo mat underneath, spread the rice mixed with cherry blossom powder onto the seaweed sheet.
Cut cucumber, radish, and carrot into thin strips for easy eating.

Sushi Roll
Lay a layer of food wrap on the pink rice surface, then flip it over and spread the remaining white rice evenly on the seaweed sheet.
Evenly place the filling in the middle vertically, and use your hands to roll tightly, evenly with the bamboo mat on the outside.
Remove the bamboo mat and shape the rice into the number 3 shape below.

Final Product
Using a small, sharp knife, cut the sushi into bite-sized pieces, arranging them on a plate in a visually appealing cherry blossom shape. This dish is delicious when served with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
