- Method 2: Take about two tablespoons of lemon juice (vinegar, wine) and rub it on the surface of the pork leg hooves, leave for about 2 – 3 minutes, then rinse clean with cold water.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius before roasting to stabilize the temperature.
Place the pork leg in the oven and roast at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, turn the leg over and roast again at 160 degrees Celsius for another 40 minutes.
Take the leg out of the oven, remove the string wrapped around it, and cut it into pieces with a knife to finish.
