How to Make Cashew Nut Milk

Roasting Rice
First, preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Then, add 30g of cleaned rice into the pot, and reset the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, stir briefly and continue roasting at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.

Roasting cashews
You put 40g of cashews into the preheated air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Next, set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes to roast the cashews.
Note: Depending on the type of air fryer, you need to adjust the temperature and time accordingly. -
Cooking cashew milk
After the rice and cashews are roasted, you put everything into the nut milk maker along with 1.1 liters of water and 30g of rock sugar, then select the “non-cooked milk” function. After 8 minutes, you will have a delicious and creamy product.
Tip:- With this method, you should only drink it within the day. If you want to make it once for later consumption, you should add water to the machine, select the “simmer” function to boil the water, then add the ingredients and select the “non-cooked milk” function. And remember to sterilize the glass jar before pouring the milk into it!
- After cooking the milk, if you like cocoa flavor, add cocoa powder; if you like butterfly pea flowers, drop some butterfly pea flowers in to create color.
