  • Choose beef that has a distinct beef smell, without any unpleasant odors.
  • When pressing the beef, it should have a certain elasticity, not sink in or feel slimy, which indicates good quality beef.
  • It’s best to buy brisket from reputable places with clear origins, ensuring meat quality and health for the whole family.

How to make Stir-fried Beef with Green Beans

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Buy the beef brisket and remove the odor by rubbing fresh ginger around the surface of the meat and washing it clean. Cut the meat into thin slices suitable for eating.

    Peeled garlic, smashed, minced, and divided into 2 parts.

    Remove the fibers from both sides of the green beans, wash them clean, and cut them into pieces about 3 – 4 finger lengths.

    Place a pot of water on the stove, add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt, when the water boils, add the green beans and blanch for about 1 minute, then remove the beans and let them drain.

  • Marinate the beef

    Put the beef brisket in a bowl, marinate with 1/2 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of ground pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and 1/2 of the minced garlic. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

    After 3 minutes, uncover, add the beef, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes on high heat until the meat and beans are fully cooked. Remember to season again to suit your family’s taste!
