If your cooking oil is in a spray bottle, wait for the pan to heat up, then spray a thin layer of oil on it.
If you don’t have a spray bottle, you can use a food brush to evenly spread the oil on the pan.
Fry the bottom of the mandu first for 2 minutes.
When the bottom of the mandu turns golden, pour about 100 ml of water in, cover the lid, and set to low heat.
Wait for the water to evaporate, then turn off the heat and take the mandu out to enjoy.
