Mix cold rice with eggs
First, you will separate the chicken eggs and keep the egg whites in a bowl while the egg yolks will be used to mix with the rice.
Then, you will add 1/2 cup (rice bowl) of cold rice, 1 egg yolk, and 1 salted egg yolk into a large bowl and proceed to mix well so that the yolks coat the rice grains evenly.

Green beans and carrots should be washed thoroughly with water and drained after purchasing.
Green beans will be diced. For the carrots, peel the outer skin and also cut them into small cubes.
The sausages will be cut in a similar way. Finally, for the shallots, peel them, wash them clean, and chop finely.

Making salted egg fried rice
Heat a pan on the stove, add the rice mixed with eggs and stir continuously over medium heat to dry and separate the grains of rice.
