Stir-fry onion and bell peppers
First, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a pan and heat on medium heat. When the oil is hot, add diced onions and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add minced garlic and stir together for another 2 minutes.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of minced lemongrass to the pan and stir for about 30 seconds, then add diced bell peppers, continuing to stir with 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper for about 3 minutes until the ingredients are evenly cooked, then transfer to a plate.
