  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Buy the gourd, peel it, wash it thoroughly with water, then cut it in half lengthwise and continue to slice it into bite-sized pieces, about 1/2 finger thick.

    Wash the pork with water and let it drain. Next, use a knife to cut the meat into thin slices and place it in a bowl.

    Peel the shallots and garlic, then mince them finely. Finally, clean the roots of the scallions, wash them with water, and chop them finely.

    Add to the bowl of prepared pork half of the minced garlic, half of the minced shallots, 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
