Prepare the ingredients
First, wash the bell peppers clean, drain, then cut them in half lengthwise, remove the core and seeds. Cut into long slices about 1/2 finger thick.

Shrimp thawed, washed, drained, placed in a bowl, marinate the shrimp with 1/2 tablespoon of MSG, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of pepper, minced shallots. Mix well and cover to marinate for 15 minutes to let the shrimp absorb the seasoning.
