Prepare the ingredients
Wash the green onions, dill, and parsley thoroughly, cut off the root ends and let them drain. Then, chop the green onions, dill, and parsley into small pieces. Place them on a plate to cook with the cream sauce.
Wash the straw mushrooms and soak them in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes. Then take them out, rinse with water, and let the mushrooms drain.
Cut the mushrooms into pieces, but don’t cut them too thin; otherwise, they will lose their natural sweetness when cooked.

Prepare the chicken
After buying the chicken, you should soak it in diluted salt water for about 7 – 10 minutes, using your hands to gently massage to clean the dirt off the meat. Then rinse it thoroughly and let it drain.
Next, you fillet the chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 1/3 of a finger – 0.5cm thick. Don’t cut it too thin, as it will easily fall apart and dry out when saucing.

Marinate the chicken
Lay the filleted chicken on a plate, sprinkle 1/3 of the garlic powder and 1/3 of the ground pepper evenly over the chicken, then flip the chicken over and add the remaining 1/3 of the pepper and garlic powder.
