Soak the jellyfish in water with a little lemon juice for 4 – 5 hours or overnight. Then rinse several times with clean water. Cut the jellyfish into bite-sized pieces, briefly blanch, and let drain.
Tip:
- During the soaking process, you should change the water about 3 times. When replacing with fresh water, still add a similar amount of lemon juice.
- When blanching, do not blanch the jellyfish for too long as it will cause the jellyfish flesh to lose water and shrink.

Prepare the shrimp and pork
Buy pork and blanch it briefly in boiling water with a little salt for about 2 minutes, then rinse it with clean water.

Boil the shrimp and meat
