How to Cook Vegetarian Corn Spring Rolls

Make the filling
Grate the kernels off ½ ear of American corn and ½ ear of sweet corn.
Wash the shiitake mushrooms and chop finely.
Chop the bean curd skin finely.
Wash the cilantro and chop finely.
Combine the corn, shiitake mushrooms, bean curd skin, cilantro in a bowl and season with 2 teaspoons of vegetarian seasoning, 3 teaspoons of pepper. Then, mix well to blend the ingredients together.

Wrap the rolls
Put just enough filling into the rice paper, then roll it up. Continue doing this until all the prepared filling is used up.
Tip: You can use a little water to brush on the rice paper to prevent the edges from coming undone. -
Fry the rolls
Heat a pan with oil, wait until the oil is slightly hot, then add the spring rolls and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

- Color: Choose straw mushrooms that are black for better taste than the white ones.
- Smell: Avoid choosing straw mushrooms that have a musty smell, as these are usually mushrooms that have been stored for too long.
