Mix green tea powder and cocoa
Put 2 teaspoons of gelatin powder and 3 tablespoons of water into a bowl and stir well for the gelatin to expand.
In the first cup, add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and 2 teaspoons of hot water and stir until dissolved. Next, in the second cup, add 1 teaspoon of green tea powder and 2 teaspoons of hot water and stir until dissolved.

Cook the milk mixture
Place a pot on the stove, pour in 220ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 160ml of coconut milk, 5 tablespoons of sugar substitute, the prepared gelatin mixture, and stir well to dissolve the gelatin. Heat over medium heat until the mixture gently boils (at about 80 degrees Celsius), then turn off the heat.

Pour into molds
Prepare 3 molds, evenly pour the cooked milk mixture into the 3 molds.
Then add the prepared cocoa into one mold and stir well. Continue to pour the prepared green tea into the next mold and stir well as well. Create 3 molds with 3 distinct colors and flavors: white (milk and coconut), cocoa, green tea.
Finally, place the molds in the refrigerator for about 4 – 5 hours for the mixture to set.
